Where’s Keir

A new national pastime has quietly dropped across Britain—and no, it’s not queuing or complaining about the weather. It’s “Spot Keir Starmer at a Local Election.”

Spoiler alert: you might need binoculars… or a passport. ✈️

🧳 The Incredible Disappearing Politician 🎩

Somewhere between a Gulf summit, a handshake in a marble hall, and a carefully staged photo op with Very Important People™, Britain’s Prime Minister has seemingly unlocked a new political skill:

Being everywhere… except where the votes are.

Local elections?

Leaflets?

Knocking on doors in drizzle while being politely told to “come back after tea”?

No no—far too provincial.

Instead, we’re treated to a global tour that makes him look like a contestant on Diplomacy Idol. One minute he’s solving tensions in the Middle East, the next he’s nodding gravely at maps—meanwhile, back home, voters are squinting at empty campaign posters wondering if he’s been replaced by a cardboard cutout with WiFi.

It’s not that international diplomacy isn’t important—it absolutely is. But politically, it’s a bit like entering a village bake-off with a Michelin star résumé… and no cake.

“Where’s Keir?”

“Probably negotiating something… somewhere… important.”

Meanwhile, Doris just wants her bins collected. 🗑️

🔥 Challenges🔥

Can you spot him supporting your local area—or is he permanently set to “away on business”? Is this strong leadership on the world stage, or just a very expensive game of hide-and-seek?

💬 Head to the blog and tell us: Have you seen him locally—or only on the international departures board?
