The Church of England wants us to “go to the source of the problem” when it comes to refugees. Translation: the source of the migrant problem is in the Middle East and Africa. You remember Africa the one Bob Geldof held the concert to save the world well that didn’t work, once they realised we had so much money to give away the all decided to come to Britain.
Apparently, God’s GPS system is on the blink, because it’s pointing the finger at Nigel Farage is way off mark, it’s the Middle East and African despots that are feeding the migrant problem.
⛪ Divine Memory Loss in Action
What you won’t find in these countries is the local Christian clergy cracking open their gilded doors to house the suffering. And let’s not forget—historically speaking—when Christians diddecide to “help out” in the Middle East, it was called the Crusades. That little humanitarian road trip involved more swords than soup kitchens, more blood than bread.
So forgive us if we roll our eyes at sermons about “addressing root causes” when the church has centuries of practice in exporting both war and wine-stained morality. The irony is enough to make a stained-glass window weep. 🪟💧
But the Church of England did say there were trying to change, they were no longer abusing people or taking babies of mothers in Ireland, we should applaud them for that!

Why does the Church of England still act like it’s got the monopoly on divine wisdom when history says otherwise? Shouldn’t the lesson be compassion first, theology later? Drop your take below—blessings, blasphemies, or just straight-up mockery—we want it all. 💬✍️
