Britain once owned its water, energy networks, railways and vital infrastructure.

Then we sold it.

Then investors bought it.

Then debt was piled onto it.

Now we pay them to use it. 🀑

THE GREAT BRITISH SELL-OFF

Look at water.

Companies were handed essential public infrastructure. Billions were paid out. Debts ballooned. Thames Water alone is carrying around Β£20 billion of debt.

And when it all starts wobbling?

Guess who still needs the taps to work. πŸ’§

Now the same giant pools of capital are moving deeper into housing, utilities and infrastructure.

So ask yourself:

Are investors funding Britain β€” or slowly buying Britain?

Because this is the nightmare scenario:

🏠 They own the homes.
πŸ’§ They own the water.
⚑ They own the networks.
πŸš† They profit from the transport.

And you?

You own the direct debit.

πŸ”₯ChallengesπŸ”₯

Britain has had roughly 40 years of privatisation.

Maybe it’s time somebody followed the money.

Pick one asset Britain sold off. Who owns it now? How much debt is attached to it? Where did the profits go?
